Hearthstone Village is located on the east side of Bloomington

Close to shopping, Lake Monroe and the IU Health Regional Health Center.

We are a small community of just 32 homes with residents who truly care about their community. The Village sits in peaceful and quiet park-like setting with its unified architectural design and landscaping, water features, and abundant green space. Don’t be surprised if you see a great blue heron fly in and land on one of two ponds for some fishing or watch a mother duck teach her ducklings how to swim.

About Hearthstone Village

The Village is zoned as a Planned Unit Development (often called a “PUD”), rather than a condominium complex. As such, Bloomington officials approved the plat design and the covenants that bind the individual homeowners. This is much like other area housing subdivisions but with some important differences.

To preserve Hearthstone’s unique look and feel, the Village’s governing covenants and by-laws provide more controls than single-family communities. We encourage prospective buyers to review our governing documents and amendments including our covenants, bylaws and other policies.
